an open letter to UPS
Dear UPS:
I know that I paid for 3-day Select shipping. However, I also know that, since the shipper isn’t far away, my shipment arrived in Laurel, MD in the wee hours of this morning, and I know that Laurel is the last stop before my package gets put on a truck and delivered to me. But because I paid for 3-day Select, it seems that you’re going to let my package sit in your distribution center for two more days so that I don’t get it a moment faster than I paid for it to get here.
