This is not my bento (I just don’t spend this much time on presentation) but this Christmas edamame tree pretty much made my morning.
My bento today also has edamame, but not nearly so artfully arranged- Edamame, chicken gyoza, carrot sticks, hummus, and a little bit of cheddar cheese to fill in the gap around the hummus container.
Mmmm. I’m off today, so I plan to eat my bento whilst out-and-about.
